How to clear app storage

This article offers practical tips for freeing up storage space on the BEARWWW app.

Below are the steps to erase all BEARWWW data from your device memory. Before proceeding, we advise you to backup your chats because deleting your data will erase all message history from your profile.

Clearing Data on Android 

Wiping data on Android will reset the app to factory settings. Your profile and saved chats will remain available. Follow these steps if you are using an Android device:

  • Open your device's Settings . 
  • Tap Apps , then tap BEARWWW . 
  • Tap Storage . 
  • Tap Clear data . 

Clearing Data on iOS 

If you follow these steps, the BEARWWW app and data currently stored on your device will be deleted.

  • Open Settings . 
  • Scroll down and select General . 
  • Tap iPhone Storage . 
  • Scroll to find the app and tap it. 
  • Select Delete app and the old data will be deleted.
